How to Install Documented.HD for Kodi v17 Krypton

First, we will start with the Krypton version of Kodi.

  1. Start by opening Kodi.
  2. From the home screen, open the Settings screen by clicking on the icon (it looks like a gear). Now, you will see several rows of icons. Look for the one that says File Manager. When you see the list, scroll down until you see Add source heading.
  3. When you click on it, you’ll see a box pop up that says Add file source.
  4. Next, click on the highlighted line that says <None>.
  5. Enter http://repo.maddogg.ca and hit the OK button.
  6. The source needs a name. Enter look or whatever you want to call it.
  7. Now, click the OK button to add the source.
  8. Once added, return to the home screen and click Add-ons. You should then see an open box icon in the upper left corner. Go ahead and click on it.
  9. Select Install from zip file.
  10. Click on maddogg and then repository.maddogg.zip.
  11. Wait for the notification message.
  12. Now, go to Install from repository > Maddogg Repository > Documented.HD > Install.
  13. Wait for the message.
  14. Access by going back to Add-ons > Video Add-ons > Documented.HD.

Install the Documented.HD for Kodi v16 Jarvis

If you are using Jarvis, the instructions vary slightly but should be easy to follow.

  1. Open Kodi Jarvis (v16.1)
  2. From the home screen, go to the System heading. When you see File Manager as a subcategory, click on it.
  3. Next, click on Add source.
  4. Click in the box that says <None>, enter http://repo.maddogg.ca and click Done.
  5. Now, label it maddogg, or whatever you like. As long as you know what it is, you are fine. Next, hit OK.
  6. Once added, go back to the home screen, and click on the heading that says System.
  7. From here, click on Add-ons and then choose the option that says Install from zip file.
  8. Choose maddogg and then repository.maddogg.zip.
  9. Wait for a few moments, and you’ll get a notification message telling you the repo is enabled.
  10. Now, go to Install from repository > Maddogg Repository > Documented.HD > Install.
  11. Wait for the message.
  12. Access the add on by going to Videos > Add-Ons > Documented.HD from your home screen.

You are now ready to go with either version you choose.
